There isn’t a responsible gaming page on the 22Bet website that I could find. This is a major lapse on the part of this operator, as I feel that casinos have a social responsibility to provide information on avoiding addictive betting behaviors. This is something that needs to be fixed by this casino moving forward.
The customer service is another area that’s subpar. I did get a response on the chat function in 18 seconds, but unfortunately, I was never able to get a straight answer related to banking questions I had. Combine this with user reports of bad service, and there’s a real reason to be concerned here.
The casino does protect information using SSL encryption. This is standard these days, and you shouldn’t play at casinos that don’t protect your data.
Terms and Conditions, Banking
The terms and conditions are pretty standard at 22Bet, and nothing stands out as being unfair or predatory.
Banking is good in theory, as you should theoretically be able to get paid in about 15 minutes using eWallets or cryptocurrency. Unfortunately, things fall apart here. The company has a history of delaying payouts well past the norm, and the customer support isn’t any help in getting you toward getting your issues resolved. In the beginning it's all very well the more you play, every two or three months I've received freebet codes for around 50-100 euros. Then you start to “win” with the slight impression that you're in control and withdraw, and they give you a “vip manager”. Then things start to go downhill, you deposit more and more and more, and each time you lose more, time goes by and you never get any codes, only if you ask and they give you codes worth 5-10 euros, which aren't even good codes, because you only get the winnings, you don't get the value of the total bet. Several times I've deposited 500 to 2000 euros and when I've lost I've never been rewarded for anything, with the excuse that you've withdrawn something “recently” that doesn't even amount to those amounts. So if you want a good casino, don't play at 22bet, even average casinos turn out to be better. Over time I've noticed that I've been treated badly as an old player and looked down on. I don't know if I'll give it a go anymore, I'm probably already at -20k in terms of deposit/profit, I'm not a high roller, but I'm still that above-casual player, I've always liked 22bet's layout, but it seems that more and more 22bet doesn't care about old players, only new ones... Ps: I have reports of people being rewarded with freebets if they stay afk without playing for months, while old players are active and treated like crap.
