SOFTSWISS is an online betting software developer that was founded in 2008. Prior to getting into the online gambling industry, SOFTSWISS specialized in developing online auction software for various websites. The company’s headquarters are in Curacao and the software developed in Belarus. Today SOFTSWISS has grown into a firm that develops standard casino games as well as backbones for white label operators and a Bitcoin casino platform that is used throughout the globe.
If you want to learn some more about SOFTSWISS, our sister site Latest Casino Bonuses has conducted an interview with the company's CEO Ivan Montik, which can be read here.

SOFTSWISS calls their Three Card Poker game Trey Poker. The Ante Bonus follows the usual 1-4-5 pay table for a house edge of 3.37%. What is normally called the Pair-Plus bet they call the Pair Up bet, which follows a 1-3-6-30-40-100 pay table (including 100 for a mini royal) for a house edge of 5.10%.
Caribbean Stud Poker
Caribbean Poker
SOFTSWISS calls their Caribbean Stud Poker game "Caribbean Poker." They follow the standard 1,2,3,4,5,7,20,50,100 pay table for a house edge of 5.22%.
Casino Hold 'Em
Casino Hold 'Em
SOFTSWISS' Casino Hold 'Em game follows the usual 1-2-3-10-20-100 Ante pay table for a house edge of 2.16%.
What is normally called the AA+ they called the "AA Bonus." That bet follows the 7-20-30-40-50-100 pay table for a house edge of 2.97%. Be warned that the pay table for that bet says a "straight or lower" pays 7 to 1. That would imply that everything won at least 7 to 1. However, I think what they meant was a pair of aces to a straight pays 7 to 1.
Let it Ride
Let it Ride
SOFTSWISS follows the usual Let it Ride 1,2,3,4,5,8,11,20,200,1000 pay table for a house edge of 3.51%. There is also a side bet that follows a 6,9,25,50,75,100,2000,20000 pay table, which I calculate to have a house edge of 6.14%.
Oasis Poker
Oasis Poker
In case you've never heard of Oasis Poker, it is like Caribbean Stud Poker, but adds the option to trade a card for the price of the Ante. The usual 1,2,3,4,5,7,20,50,100 pay table is followed. With optimal strategy, including switching, the house edge is 1.04%.
Texas Hold 'Em Bonus
Texas Hold 'Em Bonus
SOFTSWISS follows the liberal Las Vegas rules of Texas Hold 'Em Bonus, where the Ante pays on a straight or better, for a house edge of 2.04%.
Video Poker
Jacks or Better
Wild Texas
There are only two video poker games: Jacks or Better and Joker Poker. Joker Poker goes by the names Japan Dream and Wild Texas. I could not get Japan Dream to work at the time of this review but was able to see the pay table, which was the same as that of Wild Texas.

Heads or Tails
Heads & Tails
This is a simple game based on the flip of a Bitcoin. Wins pay 1.98 for 1 for a house edge of 1%. For more details, and there isn't much more to say, please see my section on Heads or Tails and look for the SOFTSWISS rules.
Minesweeper
Minesweeper
This is a simple game of picking among squares on a grid, one row at a time. There are different grids the player can choose from. The bottom line is a return percentage of about 98%.
For more information, please see my page on Minesweeper.
Royalty Derby
Royalty Derby
Royalty Derby pay table
This is a simple and nicely done horse racing game. There are eight horses and the player may bet win, place, or show on any of them.
Assuming that the house edge is the same on all win bets, I calculate a house edge of 6.05% to 6.08%, depending on the exact odds offered.
Scratch Dice
Scratch Dice
This is a simple scratch card game based on three dice. The bottom line is a house edge of 2.78%. Please see my Scratch Dice page for more information.
Roulette
American Roulette
European Roulette
French Roulette
There are three versions of roulette — American, European, and French. They use the correct terminology, which is very unusual for an Internet casino, in matching the rules to the title of each game, which are as follows:
American Roulette: Double-zero wheel for house edge of 5.26% (except for the dreaded 0-00-1-2-3 bet, which is 7.89%).
European Roulette: Single-zero wheel for a house edge of 2.78% on every bet.
French Roulette: Also a single-zero wheel, but the player loses half only on even money bets when the ball lands in zero. House edge of 1.35% on even money bets and 2.78% on all others.
Baccarat
Baccarat
Standard baccarat rules seem to be followed. The number of decks are not stated in the rules. They pay a stingy 8 to 1 on the tie (some more generous software brands pay 9 to 1). When I did this review there were two baccarat games in the game menu but only the second one seemed to work.
Blackjack
Blackjack
European Blackjack
Multi-hand Blackjack
Blackjack Surrender
There are five blackjack games available. The best is a tie between the basic blackjack game and multi-hand blackjack, which have the same rules, resulting in a 0.56% house edge.
The European game is a misnomer. Normally the main thing that distinguishes European blackjack is that the dealer doesn't take a hole card so the player faces a possible dealer blackjack when doubling and splitting against a 10 or ace. However, the SOFTSWISS game takes a hole card, just as they to the U.S.. So, why they call it European, I have no idea.
The Multi-hand Blackjack Pro game features "Bonus Bet," which is the same as Net Entertainment's Double Jack side bet. The 10-25-100 pay table has a house edge of 4.93%.

By my count there are 17 different slot machines. Most of them are the traditional 5-reel kind. The game play is nice, simple, and fast.
Conclusion
The software developed by SOFTSWISS consists of a full casino suite that includes table games, video slots, video poker, as well as virtual horse racing and parlour games. The games themselves are relatively standard, although the casino’s Baccarat game is a bit stingy when it comes to paying out a tie. Still, the software is pretty decent and players will find a good selection of titles to keep them entertained.
