How to Play Dragon Tiger
Each hand receives one card. Aces rank lowest and kings rank highest, with no additional cards to draw or decisions to make once the cards are dealt. The game uses eight standard decks, freshly shuffled for every round.
To play:
- Choose a chip value: select 5, 25, 100 or 500.
- Place your bet: click or tap a betting area to add the selected chip value. Tap again to add more chips.
- Select Deal cards: the game reveals both cards and settles your bets.
- Prepare your next round: returns stay on the table as your next wager. Select Clear to collect those chips before placing a different bet.
Your displayed chip balance includes chips already on the table. Check the On the table total before dealing to see how much you have in play.
The main betting options are:
These payouts show profit; a winning bet also returns its original stake. For example, a winning 25-chip Dragon bet returns 50 chips in total.
If the cards tie, Dragon and Tiger bets lose half their stake. Tie and Suited Tie are separate bets: an ordinary tie wins the Tie bet, while a suited tie wins both if you have placed chips on each.
You can also place Odd, Even, Big or Small side bets on either hand. Each pays 1:1 and uses only the card dealt to the chosen hand:
- Small: ace through 6.
- Big: 8 through king.
- Odd: 3, 5, 7, 9, jack or king.
- Even: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or queen.
A 7 loses both Big and Small bets, and an ace loses both Odd and Even bets. These side bets settle normally even when Dragon and Tiger tie.
Use Rules & payouts whenever you need a reminder of the table’s rules. The game also includes sound and voice controls, plus a Recent Hands display for reviewing previous results.
