every time i play at this casino its gotten worse then the last time if you played here years back you would know how they made the wins way lower then they was before then tried to lie about it all their casinos did this used to be the best now one of the worst.

Even when you report an issue or are told that something will be addressed, the promised follow-up or resolution rarely seems to happen. Overall, the experience lacks the responsiveness and unique features that would make me want to keep coming back.

It was not to bad. I thought it was a little hard to navigate. It was diffinitly not for the first timer. Some people would actually probably enjoy that but for the beginner might be a little frustrating.

He was probably right but thats not good customer service. He could of linked the rules and said here you go. Maybe he was having a bad day but 3 strikes your out.

Once you remember to read through the promotions fine print, the withdrawals are extremely quick and easily obtained. However like most I had a nice learning curve of let downs after I broke some bonus rules and didn't read the max cashout a few times.
