Used to be my go-to casino till they took away my bonus options. Deposit to freebie ratio to great. That being said I've lost more than I've win at this casino tho. So don't understand that logic. Game pay average...payouts fast. Very generous. Really no complaints.

yea they went from the best to one of the worst now the win percent is way down anymore i started looking for new casinos awhile ago.

It's my 3rd attempt after my first attempt I was told my documents had been altered, it wasn't. The 2nd never heard back from them, my 3rd still waiting...I won my ndb and had 50 bucks, waited for verification nothing for 2 weeks, tried to just play with the 50 couldn't...had to withdraw first so account was locked...nothing from verification still a few days later....went to website, 50 still there tried to play and guess what? I could again, even though I didn't withdraw the 50 like I was told I needed to do to play games again. Whatever. Had a good day came up, still can't withdraw so kept playing, mistake. Got in touch with support day 4 of the 3rd verification attempt a month later. 6th day waiting for verification, played with money AND deposited Bitcoin. Bitcoin never made it to wallet was told I had to have under a buck for it to be deposited into account. 1500 bucks in casino account, still can't withdraw, played again...mistake. I literally lost every game straight till I was about 1000 buck less, still no verification! Customer service are no help at all! Just gives a link the closest chat immediately! I made several hundred dollars in deposits, claimed cash back, or been given a puney 10 chip then told I can't have the decent offer here because to spite what has been at times, several hundred dollars in bonus free deposits, my last action was not a deposit. It's the biggest reason I don't play there much anymore. They are not willing to look at a customer's actual money spent. Only the number of deposits. No matter how big or small. I feel very unappreciated there most of the time.

Instant withdrawls are on point. Decent deposit bonuses. Only downnfall is after cashing a few times you loose all rewards, thats part i dont care for but other than that extreme is a solid place to play.
