LuckyStreak Software & 5 Online Casinos Reviewed

On this page

Introduction

LuckyStreak is an online casino software developer that specializes in providing live dealer services to punters. The group develops software for use on desktop and mobile platforms, and their games are broadcast from the company’s studios. As of the publication of this article, LuckyStreak’s software includes live dealer versions of baccarat, blackjack, and roulette.

In addition to the live dealer games, LuckyStreak does have a set of RNG style games, namely video slots, bingo titles, and video poker machines. While the presentation isn’t top-notch, they do at least give some padding to the company’s library of games.

There are a few casinos that offer LuckyStreak’s suite of games, but they seem to be sticking to the live dealer software. It’s a virtual certainty that we’ll be seeing more additions coming in the near future, and we’re keen to see just where LuckyStreak’s games will end up being offered.

Blackjack

The blackjack help file is pretty poor, but between what they do say and their claimed return percentage, I can fairly confidently says their rules are as follows:

  • Eight decks
  • Dealer stands on soft 17
  • Dealer peeks for blackjack
  • Player may double after a split
  • No surrender

According to my blackjack house edge calculator, the house edge under this set of rules is 0.49%.

The following side bets are also offered:

  • 21+3 — The 9 to 1 pay table is used for a house edge of 2.74%.
  • Perfect Pairs — Pays 25 to 1 if 13.03%.

The following table shows the Blackjack games available in alphabetical order.

Poker Spins

The Lucky Streak web site indicates a couple of slot machines, but I don't know of anywhere that offers them. Judging by these screenshots, I would estimate they were created in the late 1990's.

Please don't write to me and say that Poker Spins should be classified as a video poker game. With that pay table, even with just one fair spin, the return would be 183%. I suspect the outcome is gaffed and not based on five random cards from a single deck. I don't consider such games to be legitimate video poker, and thus I'm calling it a slot machine.
