Responsible Gambling, Customer Support & Security
Responsible gaming is addressed through a page found in the footer of Queen Vegas Casino’s main page. The topic sees players able to find resources on fighting problem and underage gambling, and includes a link to a self-assessment test that allows you to see if you exhibit any risky behaviors. The casino also has links to assistance group and the ability for players to put limits on deposits or self-exclude from the site should they need to.
Customer support is available 24/7 via email or telephone, but Queen Vegas does lack instant chat, which is a bit of a disappointment. With that said, the email response I got in regard to the downloadable software was fast, and I had the answer to my question in no time.
Queen Vegas Casino encrypts player data through SSL encryption, which means that your personal and financial information is secure and can only be read by supported staff within the casino.
Terms and Conditions, Banking
Looking through the terms and conditions at Queen Vegas Casino, there does not appear to be anything predatory or unfair regarding how the casino runs its operations.
Banking is diverse at Queen Vegas, with the site offering a bunch of eWallet options for depositing and withdrawing funds, as well as credit card and wire transactions. The casino does have a pending time of 24 hours, but eWallet withdrawals are generally completed in the same day.

OKWhen you go to the games section, you'll see that it's organized from top to bottom, rather than in separate tabs. Yes, it's clean, but navigating it can be a chore. Although the casino may use a makeover, their game selection is adequate if you still enjoy playing classic games.

AwesomeWith a score of 4.2, you should expect that Queen Vegas Casino is strong. I hope more people will see the weaknesses despite their overall strengths. I think that there are some issues with the bank account connections which is weird to see but I hope that it can work better.

I think that there are some issues with the bank account connections which is weird to see but I hope that it can work better. On the other hand, there are so many positives that we can see especially with the number of games that we can see. Live chat is good which is awesome to see and you can expect that it can be fair as well with its treatment of players.

DislikeI did not like this casino at all.I found their bonuses to be defunked of worthiness and the games are so appalling that even if you did manage to get a decent bonus it's impossible to win here.
I did not like this casino at all.I found their bonuses to be defunked of worthiness and the games are so appalling that even if you did manage to get a decent bonus it's impossible to win here. Also after sending in documents for verification months ago I'm still waiting and as a result obviously don't play there anymore.Never even had a withdrawal.opportunity. Support are quite rude and completely unhelpful and if you touch on anything negative about the casino ,your game play or any other ISSUE they just cut you off Skill on net casinos are not in my books and I generally avoid at all costs.

OKI like the casino, it's different. The wheel from level 3 provides additional excitement. No turnover spins but a mega turnover factor (50x) with other bonuses. Verification took about 5 days, initial payment about 10 days.
I like the casino, it's different. The wheel from level 3 provides additional excitement. No turnover spins but a mega turnover factor (50x) with other bonuses. Verification took about 5 days, initial payment about 10 days. Thanks to Wireteansfer, it took almost 1 week from the release of the payment to the arrival on my account. Payouts can only be requested once you are verified. In addition, withdrawals can be canceled, for which there are also negative points. The casino is ok, but not a high-flyer either

Their bonusesscheme are medium and standard guess its all the same with SkillonNet casino's The good thing is after reading their bonus policy.. that there are no restricted slots while playing with bonus funds. That is getting rare these days. Overall an decent casino to play at.

AwesomeThis is a great casino with quick payouts after verification.
This is a great casino with quick payouts after verification. I have been successful here on quite a few occassions and the customer support is great. I think that better bonuses could be given though and loyal customers should be treated better by offering more rewards and special bonuses. I would say that all in all this is one of the better online casinos and you will hardly ever run into problems with your withdrawal requests and they pay in a timely manner. There is always room for improvement though and I would like this casino to grow from strength to strength.
