Ph.Casino

In April 2020, the PH Group and its associated brands were added to the warning list due to a pattern of unresolved player complaints, particularly involving delayed or denied withdrawals. Assistance with cashout-related issues is not available for this group. Efforts were made to establish a communication channel, including an invitation for the group to appoint a representative or provide official responses to be published. However, mediation was made conditional on the signing of a non-disclosure agreement, which was declined due to its overly restrictive terms. Multiple complaints remain publicly posted on our sister site. Anyone considering a brand under the PH Group is advised to consult the complaints section for further insight.

While the actions above are worthy of inclusion on the Blacklist, I upgraded them to this Gray List because the incident in question happened 15 years ago under different ownership.
