My utilities are included and in my husbands name so they accept insurance documents. I forwarded that information with my name and physical address it was denied so I suppose I will have to take the time at this point to contact the casino by phone. Now as it goes to the timeline for my payout, my payout took nearly three months and it was a absolutely horrible experience. I don't even know why it took so long, the never really even told me but after rigorous identity verification and a lot of patience they've actually paid me.
