This casino was a little bit of a cracked nut. I’ve never had a casino call me on my phone random to make sure I was a real person… but they did… to bad I did t get that type of extra treatment when I wanted to withdraw. I was told that the balance was in my account for longer than 48 hours voiding my bank roll.

My buddy hit a big jackpot at this casino and they actually paid him out without any issues other than having to wait 2 days. He even had an active deposit bonus when he hit and they still didn't give him any issues. Winning doesn't seem as impossible here as it does at other Real Time Gaming casinos.

I have never had any luck with this casino. The customer service is very slow to respond and it can be quite frustrating. It mislead me and I thought I was able to withdrawal a large amount of money and turns out I couldn’t withdrawal any. Took over 3 weeks to figure that out. Disappointed

So far I have had a good experience here at this casino, however I've never withdrawn or gone thru verification so I don't have the full picture. But the platforms good and there are bonuses available. I will update my review when needed. Good luck!

I had to wait around a week or so at other casinos. Of course they said that some documents were missing, all Casinos do so, but I at least this time should be no issues since they specifically pointed me at the missing info they require. I can't wait to hit my first jackpot!

I personally would stay away from this casino. The only cash out option is a wire transfer which takes 7 days after it's processed. When it takes that long to cash out the chances of losing it all is high.
