So if you deposit bonus, don't expect to get paid that out anytime soon. They prioritize the people who deposits versus no deposit bonuses. Which I can understand. But also I do think that it should be first come first serve in a line of order versus prioritizing who is who.

This casino is terrible if you win with a free chip or free spins because you’ll have to wait a month or more if you win to get paid. If you win with a deposit and can withdraw with coindraw then it’s a lot faster.

I was sent 2 emails after I sent my withdrawal in on the same day the first saying congrats you should have your money shortly then I received the next email that said the withdrawal will be approved in 7-10 days (business days people!)lol. September 18th I get 2 more emails first one saying my money will be deposited shortly! Yaya! Second email said deposit will happen in 7-10 days. I won't even go into all of the chats I had because it would turn into a war and peace like novel. They will never see another penny from me. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to play here... unless he was the worst ever then I might! !!!!!!!DO NOT PLAY HERE!!!!!!!

The money was returned to my account and then confiscated by a manager. It says. I used the initial welcome bonus and nothing else. I never used any coins. I never used any other promotions under accepted any free spins. So basically I just had $1500 stolen from me. The day would have gladly taken had I lost. I send them a second email. And all I Get is the automated response and nothing else. I'm fixing to get a plane to Costa Rica. And beat on somebody's head.

After reading the experiences other members had with Royal Ace I am so glad I quit playing at nearly all of the Inclave brands. I think they all kind of went down hill. From my understanding none of them are licensed either.
