Responsible Gambling, Customer Support & Security
You will find a responsible gaming page on the Slots Empire website, where you can find information on fighting gambling addiction. The site does have deposit and play limits, and there’s also a self-exclusion policy available if you need it. Links to outside counseling groups are also provided.
The casino’s support team can be reached using live chat, email, and telephone. I used the chat and ended up getting a response in a few seconds. I had questions related to banking, and I got my answers within just a few minutes. This support is good, but about the same as you’ll find with most other RTG casinos.
The security in place is SSL encryption, which virtually all websites (casinos or not) use to protect data as it moves across the net. You should only play at casinos that encrypt information.
Terms and Conditions, Banking
There are no terms and conditions I found to be particularly predatory, save for the very high $150 minimum withdrawal for all payout methods.
The banking area is a mixed bag for me. I don’t like that $150 minimum withdrawal, as it’s simply too high. On the flip side, American-facing casinos do have a lot of restrictions imposed, so higher limits can be understood to an extent. Still, I want to see this minimum lowered. The casino does reliably get payments out to players, with Bitcoin being the fastest way to get your dough.
Banking options at Slots Empire
Slots
The slot library at Slots Empire is decent, albeit the same you see at every other RTG-powered casino that caters to Americans. You’ll find dozens of video slots and a good selection of classic style slots on offer here. Beyond the different themes and features, there’s a slew of progressive jackpots available on these games. Mobile slots are also available for play on your phone or tablet.
Comp Point Program
This casino uses the standard RTG loyalty program, where punters earn a point for every $10 wagered on the site. Once you accrue 100 points, you end up being able to redeem those points for $1 cash in the casino.

I feel as if I may have already reviewed slots empire. The organization has many interesting bonuses including cashback and free spins. I know others have had terrible experiences withdrawling, however I've never even made it to the point of attempting a payout.

While I haven't completely given up on slots empire ( I'm a bit stubborn like that), I am waiting till their ratings come up a bit before I deposit again. My casino name is Atomnic11

TerribleThis casino sucks bad. I don't think they even have a real link to opt out of the barrage of endless garbage promos, they are so scammy they even fake the unsubscribe button in there mailing list! That about says it all.

I had such high hopes for Slots Empire, I still try it out once in awhile -just in case. I'm sorry to see it so nearly blacklisted, thought it had quite a bit of potential, as the kyc was easy and painless, though I'm pretty sure I never attempted a payout...

DislikeThe same casino as lucky hippo casino , by design. i got very easily no deposit bonus, but i lost it all also very easily. I tried on at least 15 slots with minimal bet, but games are just too tight.

Games are good of course but there’s always a delay when it comes to withdrawing and I know some friends with the same issue so I stopped playing here too.

AverageThis is a pretty standard casino. I didn't find anything unique about it or anything f that made me interested in playing the games that are featured here. It's not my favorite but it could be yours

Liked ItThis has been one of my go to casinos for a long time. They are generous with bonuses, actually I'm due making a deposit here, which will just add to the bonus options. It's a solid rtg casino and worth a look. Good luck

AverageNothing special about this online casino as far as what games are offered. When I first opened the site, I was very unimpressed with the digital artwork. Looks like someone had their fifth grader create the digital art for the site.

TerribleThis casino is one to play IF YOURE MAD AT YOUR MONEY!! It is a place to play but not one to cash out. I don’t see how they manage to stay active with the way they handle their depositors withdraws!
