The terms and conditions have a predatory term that I found. Slot max bets are capped at about $30 for most games, while Amatic and Endorphina is capped at $5. Other games are capped as well, but this is by far the most egregious example of titles limiting what you can wager.

These methods are all pretty quick for payouts, save for direct bank transfer. eWallets and cryptocurrencies can be paid out instantly, which is fantastic.
