I dont like how they are so close to their sister sites like hippodrome casino. I had a dispute with hippodrome and during a live chat session at conquer they brought up some of these arguments which i didnt expect. Not a fan of the layout and the bonus policy seems a little stretched.

I use to love this casino, this and its sister casinos . I played here lots, until one day they wouldn't release a deposit bonus I had deposited for, that and my funds in my account all of a sudden where half gone at the same time, so I was to say the least , pretty disgruntled and gave them a phone call, some choice words later and I found my email inbox lighting up like a Xmas tree with emails blacklisting me from these guys and all their sister casinos as well. All because they stole from me and couldn't handle a disgruntled customer lol. Other then that, the casino isn't too bad at all, hence my "OK" rating I guess.

Conquer casino, an Casino which is providing Microgaming games, but problem with Conquer is that they are completely not attractive and exciting. there promotion's are terrible, even for a free sign up bonus they add a 200X wagering which is highest i ever saw on the web terrible! and then on match bonuses they have 50x wagering requirement, which is also too high! average is 30-35times, which should be also more better for conquer, to promote there match bonuses! also payments are always very slowly, even though 24 hours is stated and average for them, several times i got my funds after 2-3 days to e-wallet, this is terrible slowly! and if i asked support too speed it up, they didn't do anything about it or didn't want too help me out very bad! i really hope conquer improve lots of things, so more players will come, and i would feel more happy to make more deposits and come back on them. overall quite not a good experience. customer support is fast, but not always good informed, but casino site works fast and is well designed.
