Overall the 3rd party merchant system gave me several errors. Finally the deposit was successful. I did not receive the bonus. The live chat that used to be 24/7 has not responded for hours. The game I was supposed to play could not load. The loading screen is very slow. I understand that on the weekends there should be a lot of customers. The provider should not stop helping. The standard is what should be maintained. 25/08/2024 Update, they fixed the bonus issue and added the money to me retroactively, thanks a lot.
