Yes, they paid after taking a selfie photo, writing a message on a monotone piece of paper and holding a piece of ID at the same time! It's crazy! However for each deposit made you would have to verify the transaction each time you cash out! I had $700+ sitting in my account and they asked for a PDF statement of my name, account # and the transaction involved. How am I supposed to do that with Interac (Some of those details never show in the email) and my bank updating my statement every 9th of the month!? Cash out once a month!? With other casinos they only need verification documents, they don't ask for every single transaction to be observed and verified. It's reasonable for casinos to verify your documents IF your documents are expired or in need of an update but this isn't the case! So now here I am waiting for a bank statement over the 9th of the month while I see my balance slowly lowering in the brink of being an unlucky player. My lucky dream will vanish soon enough and I may need to find another casino who will bestow this cash out dream! It's really sad to see $700 go down to $150 :(
