Responsible Gambling, Customer Support & Security
Responsible gaming is covered at Zodiac Casino, with the site offering up a series of tips on how to avoid problem betting. Players can also set limits on their deposits and wagering, and can self-exclude themselves from the site if need be.
Customer support is available 24/7 through telephone, email, or live chat. The casino does have multi-language support, which is great for those who don’t speak English. I used the live chat function to ask about playing on my Mac, and got my answer as to the full library of games available.
Zodiac Casino does encrypt player information using SSL encryption technology, which scrambles your data and keeps it safely between you and the casino.
Terms and Conditions, Banking
Looking through the terms and conditions at Zodiac Casino, I didn’t see anything that would cause me to hesitate recommending the casino to other players.
The banking system at Zodiac is excellent, offering a myriad of deposit and withdrawal options that are paid out in reasonable times. Players should note that there is a $4,000 per week withdrawal limit, but this does not apply to progressive jackpot.
Banking options at Zodiac Casino
Slots
Slots are the largest component of Zodiac Casino’s gaming library, with the casino offering up more than 100 slot titles. Some of the games are high-end branded titles such as Game of Thrones, Jurassic Park Tomb Raider, and Batman, while others are properties that have been completely developed in-house by Microgaming.
Those looking to win it big can participate in the slots that feature progressive jackpots, some of which can exceed more than a million dollars.
Comp Point Program
Zodiac Casino automatically enrolls all of its players in the Casino Rewards program, which awards comp points based on the amount of money that is wagered in the casino. Players can then convert these cash points to cash, which can be used to play video slots, table games, and video poker machines.
Points can be earned at a faster rate as players ascend the reward status ladder. This is achieved by wagering more money in the casino.
Licence Information
Zodiac Casino is licensed to conduct gaming operations through the jurisdictions of Kahnawake and the United Kingdom.
Countries not supported
Zodiac Casino does not accept players from the following countries: Afghanistan, Alabama, Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, Arkansas, Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Belarus, Belgium, Botswana, California, Central African Republic, China, Colorado, Congo, Congo Democratic Republic, Connecticut, Cyprus, DC, Delaware, Denmark, Eritrea, Florida, France, Georgia, Germany, Guam, Guinea, Hawaii, Hong Kong, Hungary, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Kansas, Kentucky, Korea, Democratic People's Republic of, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Louisiana, Maine, Malta, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Netherlands, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New South Wales, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Northern Mariana Islands, Northern Territory, Norway, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pakistan, Pennsylvania, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Queensland, Rhode Island, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Somalia, South Africa, South Australia, South Carolina, South Dakota, Spain, Sudan, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Taiwan, Tasmania, Tennessee, Texas, United States, Utah, Vermont, Victoria, Virgin Islands, British, Virgin Islands, U.S., Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Western Australia, Wisconsin, Wyoming and Zimbabwe.
Player Issues
Although Zodiac Casino is generally well received in the online betting community, the casino does hold player winnings for 48 hours before approving a withdrawal. This is a practice that is roundly criticized, as it tempts players to pull their money out and gamble more, increasing the chances of losing your money back to the House.

Liked ItNot a bad casino. Good bonuses and loyalty programs. Only one thing is not true. Minimum deposit is 10€! Tried Skrill, Visa, Mastercard, and Rapid. I haven't found any 1€ deposit casinos so far, and let's be honest, what are the odds you will hit big with a 1€ deposit?

Liked ItZodiac is one of the oldest casinos, I played there 20 years ago when they just had Microgaming games. Still have my account, I occasionally play blackjack and the classic MG slots. They do have occasional special bonuses for regular players. Cashing out has gotten a bit slower recetly but is still reliable.

DislikeThis casino was good but last few days have had huge issues. While playing I had a big win then the game reset and my balance was back down. I reached out to support who in turn just said I was lying. Ok I took that as a loss. Then my 2hr rewards just started being horrible saying no luck.

I reached out to support who in turn just said I was lying. Ok I took that as a loss. Then my 2hr rewards just started being horrible saying no luck. Ok that was ok, deposited and tried to play still. Then today 1 day later it wouldn't let me claim and said I needed to deposit. Ok, I deposit and it still won't let me claim rewards so I again reached out to support who really had no idea what I was saying. Just telling me to deposit again which I said no. So am definitely leaving this casino behind now as support is just the worst to try sort things out with

OKApart from the high prize money tournaments, they also have a sign up bonus that Zodiac is excellent. 80 free spins on the Money Wheel for a $1.00 deposit. Their website is also quite slow to load and the number of game providers is not as many as other popular online casinos. The live chat is excellent and polite.

I played in this casino only once about 10 years ago. I remember at that time they also offered free money for a deposit of only 1 dollar. At that time, they also offered a large number of fun tournaments in the download version. Good casino but the cashouts process should be fast
