I wrote to them to send me my gaming and account history so I could file a formal complaint to gambling license operator, and post proofs of this on every forum that I am member on, but they don't want to do that obviously. Their game history and their account history on website are not complete, limited on 500 last spins per day on game history, and account history does not have their deduction of funds from accounts that they are making because of their so called bonus policy. Players have right to know about issues like this so I will not stop until this thing is resolved, no matter what. It is not about a money, it is about fair gaming, and there is obviously something wrong with their bonus policy, they can apply it whenever they think suits them, even on real money cleared from any bonus by themselves.
