The casino itself seem to be okay. I I'm Canadian and I don't use a standard bank account I actually have a bank account that's more of a online account only and it's not even considered a bank account it's considered a prepaid Mastercard but they couldn't understand the concept of a prepaid Mastercard having an ability to etransfer which is what this prepaid Mastercard can do. So it's essentially like a bank but transactions are made on the MasterCard Network and not the interac network, I can etransfer as a additional feature when you're online. Although it acts like a bank to an extent, the statements I received are based upon my prepaid Mastercard number not an account number. The verification team are very stringent and impossible to reason with in this regard and made it impossible for me to verify myself because they demanded I have a account number on a prepaid Mastercard account which is not a bank account and they couldn't comprehend the concept. So eventually just stopped thinking I could deposit here because I got obviously can never be verified. Experienced a similar issue with bit stars who eventually decided to waive the expectation considering it was a prepaid Mastercard account and not a bank account. AVOID at all cost. They will happily take your money and refuse to pay. They take 10-15 minutes to reject withdrawal when you haven’t completed verification. Now that my account has been verified it’s been 35hrs since I’m waiting for the approval. And support doesn’t help at all
