Even for a verified account they will create a massively delaying KYC-process, asking for one additional document at the time, reversing your withdrawal to your playable balance each time. Standard procedure when a casino tries to make you give up and play out your balance instead.. And do not take a bonus here! Their T&Cs are full of "traps" that will be triggered if you win and try to cash out. If all else fails they just use "management decision". The Internet is full of bad reviews of this group.
