Casino Bellini is a little controversial in terms of payment. I found this information only after making a few small deposits and lost all. They seem to have slow payment and too strict rules regarding bet size, and allowed games with bonuses, etc. I saw some complaints from a reliable source.

Casino Bellini, on the other hand, is the only playtech casino (at least the only playtech casino I know of) that differs from the other Playtech casinos. Because I have never had such a negative experience at any other Playtech casino. -On the one hand, it starts with the fact that Casino Bellini is only available as a download casino, just as it is today. So you are always bound to download and install a program first. There is no Instandplay online alternative. -As is unfortunately usual in almost all Playtech casinos, the live support chat is also very penetrating at Casino Bellini. As soon as you log in, a chat window opens immediately and you are immediately offered a deposit bonus "without being asked". In my opinion, this is an absolute no-go. Because a good support can make an offer on request or at the end of a chat conversation, but in no case unsolicited so pushy to continue even after the 2nd no thanks is almost bordering on stalking. -I had so many spam emails (similar to chat) within a week of registering that I was immediately annoyed. I immediately unsubscribed from all promotional subscription newsletters and then I immediately classified the email addresses as spam and blocked the sender. A few months later I received an email from Casino Bellini for the first time, which said that I hadn't logged into my account for a few months and a lot has changed since then, and Casino Bellini has changed I would be very happy about a renewed visit, a free bonus was credited to my account, which I only need to collect in the live chat...... I then only remembered on the casino's website that it was about this casino acts. However, since I have often had the experience that a casino made a rather negative impression on me at the beginning and it is not uncommon for a casino to improve over time, I have again unbiased in this case dared to try again. I downloaded and installed the software again, arrived at the casino, I didn't have to look for a contact as usual because the chat window comes up all by itself...^^ I then asked in the chat about the free bonus, which is only available in the email was offered/promised. The support employee, who answered me in German with hello Katja, how are you today? then all of a sudden he doesn't say German. And write me in English what an insanely great deposit bonus I could get. the same as usual.... when i asked about the bonus in english, it was first discreetly ignored and I was given another deposit offer, if I said no, thank you, I would like to claim the free bonus first, then all of a sudden there was no answer for a few minutes, then at some point when I asked, she just forwarded it to the appropriate department and I would get an answer via email... but in the meantime I could also claim the great deposit bonus ..... then of course I didn't pay in and waited for the email reply, which came 2 days later and said that the bonus offer was unfortunately no longer valid because it was only available for 48 hours. But since I asked about it in the chat just under an hour after receiving the email, I naturally felt very taken for a fool when the support who only answered 2 1/2 days later wrote me via email that the offer is no longer valid. Thereupon I immediately asked for my account and all my customer data to be deleted with immediate effect. then there was no direct answer. A few weeks later I suddenly got an advertisement for another casino (again with a new/different email address, which of course was then put on the block list as number 4) in the email it was written in large letters at the top Casino Bellini recommends.. ... a short time later I even got emails from this casino itself, although I didn't even click on the link or ever registered in this casino and I didn't register anywhere for advertising! So instead of being deleted, my data was passed on or used for a sister casino, for which I never gave my ok, nor did I ever ask for it. I then continued to receive emails from this casino several times, although I clicked on "to unsubscribe from newsletter" several times at the bottom of each email. and the e-mail address of the sender himself is also blocked in my mailbox, but in the meantime new senders have always been added. I am absolutely annoyed by casino belllini and have to honestly say that there is nothing wrong with the games and the software itself. The games, as well as the casino software itself, work just as well as in any other Playtech casino. Although that's really the only positive experience I've ever had at Casino Bellini....

Initially meant for the more serious players, the minimum deposit at that time was $50, nothing less! I deposited, took their generous 200% bonus and played it all to zero. No win, no withdrawal. I then left it on my shelf as a boutique decor! Much later on, after several requests from me, Bellini started offering 100% and 150% bonuses as an incentive to carry on playing. From there on, I became a regular player, but only when offered with such big bonuses. Anything less than that, "no thanks!". Then, no more such good bonuses, so I stopped. Generally, a good and reliable casino, as with all their sister casinos too, but their regular bonus offers are really pathetic! 10%, 15%, 30%...geeees...these are chicken feed to me, so I never take them up. I'll start playing at Bellini again when they show me big bonuses!

Bellini is probably one of my top 3 favorite Playtech casinos. I play there regularly and have only good emotions. Support is good, download works great and variety of games is wonderful. The withdrawals aren’t fast because of the pending period, but other than that they are great.

If you win really big jackpot they will still be paying you until you are old and grey and by then what can you even do with the money?!
