Bet-at-Home is a European sports betting and online gambling company that was founded in December of 1999 by Jochen Dickinger and Franz Ömer in Wels, Upper Austria. They are now headquartered in Dusseldorf, Germany. In March of 2000 they launched their first online sportsbook providing their users the ability to place bets on a variety of sporting events across the world. Then, in November of 2005, they launched their online casino product in order to capitalize on the popularity of the iGaming industry. The mobile website was added to their offerings in December of 2013, which enables players to place bets from mobile devices including smartphones and tablets. Virtual sports were a more recent addition in 2015 to stay competitive within the ever-growing betting market.
The web layout is easy to navigate from desktop and mobile devices, yet lacks a modern look and feel. They offer an attractive selection of global sporting events featuring competitive odds.
Bet-at-Home boasts perks such as:
- more than 7,000 daily sports bets
- top odds
- immediate settlement after the end of the match
- 24/7 live bets
- licensed online casino with jackpots
- state of the art poker software

The sports they cover are Football, Tennis Basketball, Handball, Volleyball, American Football, Ice Hockey, Darts, Table Tennis, Baseball, Motor Sports, Politics, Rugby, Cycling, Boxing, Combat Sports, Floorball, Futsal, Water Polo, Netball, Snooker, Bowls, Squash, Gaelic Sports, Badminton, Cricket, Golf, Sailing, Society, Counter Strike, League of Legends, Dota II, Star Craft II, Rainbow Six, Hearthstone, Rocket League, King of Glory, Alpine Skiing, Ski Jumping, Biathlon, and Cross Country Skiing.
This operator also offers you the ability to take advantage of live betting where you can place wagers on games that are already live and in play. They provide gambling options for E sports as well as virtual sports (virtue football league and virtual dog racing) combining top notch options not readily available across other sportsbooks.

Racebook
Bet-at-Home does not currently offer a race card for horse races or greyhound racing. This is an in-demand feature that we’d like to see them implement into their sports catalogue.
Mobile Options
Gain quick access via the mobile sports site in order to place your bets on the go. The mobile site allows users to bet on more than 75 sports, check the status of all current live bets at a glance, cash out with fewer clicks, make deposits using your smartphone, redeem bonus offers and vouchers quickly and easily, and it offers complete control and security of your data. The system requirements use of the sports app are as follows: iOS - Version 10.0 or higher. Android - Version 5.0 or higher.
Other Gaming Options
In addition to sports wagers, the operator also presents an online casino that features games such as slots, roulette, blackjack, table games, and video poker. They also have a live casino that enables one to play money wheel, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and hold ‘em. These are great options for those who are looking to venture out from sports betting, and seeking a one-stop shop for gambling entertainment.
Promotions
At the time of this review, we were disappointed with the promotional offers. To say they are limited is an understatement. In fact, there were no match offers, free bets or any other types of offers featured on the ‘Promotions’ page. We proceeded to check our account in the hopes of accessing the top-secret promos, however, they fell flat in the cashier as well. While prompted to enter a bonus code, there were no codes to be seen anywhere on the site.
VIP Program
Apparently, there is no VIP or loyalty program for their sportsbook at the time of writing this review. With no promotions available, we hardly expected to see a rewards program. Hopefully, in the near future, they will incorporate one for the loyal and dedicated sports bettors that consistently use Bet-at-Home to place their bets on sports.
Customer Support
Conveniently, there is a live chat option in order to help customers with any questions or concerns. They also have very specific contact information for the individual departments that they service. Below is all of their customer service contact information.

Wrapping it Up
Overall, Bet-at-Home appears to be a decent sportsbook in terms of the range of sports available to wager on. This operator provides everything that players have come to expect from their online bookie except promotions, horse racing, greyhound racing and a VIP or loyalty program to incentivize their customers to remain dedicated users. The list of banking options for both deposits and withdrawals are good and will surely accommodate every player. As they were primarily a sportsbook first organization, the expansion into casino games was a welcomed change.
