On my 5th or 6th spin of 12 free spins, my page crashed. So I opened the link in my history to continue where I left off, but when I returned, it did not pick up where I left off...in fact, it was though I never ever got the bonus and returned me to the game with the amount I had when I first hit the bonus. So, my bonus magically disappeared...I would then spend another $50 trying to get the bonus again...and nothing. Then within an hour of the free spins glitch, I'm playing some mining game betting a low $0.50 per spin. I must have respun around 40 times when the message pops up saying I didn't have enough money in my account. I went back to check the logs and it shows all my low wage bets and then one spin for $80...This is not possible when I'm just pressing the rebet button the entire time. With their lack of support, I don't expect either of these issues to get addressed. The bot said they'd assign my ticket to an agent to follow up with me. Another thing that really annoys me about this casino is that the minimum bets allowed for MANY of their games including Live Games, Bingo, and many others.
