First withdrawal request: Submitted at 10:46 and cancelled at 12:24, despite my account being fully verified and all required documents provided. Second withdrawal request: Submitted at 12:31, and as of 14:26, no action has been taken. For context: • My previous withdrawal on October 15th, while already fully verified, was processed in under 1 hour and 15 minutes, even during the same hours of the day. • I am already fully verified at several other casinos within the DAMA-NV group, showing that I am a trusted, active player across their network. • I have a long history of deposits and have already made a prior withdrawal here. • I’ve submitted all requested documents, including additional supporting documents to make sure everything is complete. • I still have $53.30 left in my account untouched and have paused all play until this withdrawal is fully processed.
