Triple Flop Roulette

Introduction

Triple Flop Roulette is a cross between poker and roulette. It was meant for markets like California and Oklahoma, where roulette played with a wheel is illegal. However, it found a placement at the Orchid casino in Aruba.

Rules

  1. A 38-card deck is used, which consists of all ranks from six to ace and two jokers of different colors.
  2. All the conventional roulette bets are available, except players bet on the 38 cards instead of numbers. The "roulette" bets are also laid out on the table as in conventional roulette.
  3. All wins are on a "to one" basis.
  4. In addition, the following poker bets are available:
    • Royal Jackpot: Pays 1000 for a natural royal in diamonds, 250 for all other natural royals, and 100 for a wild royal.
    • Three of a Kind: Pays 50 to 1.
    • Straight Flush: Pays 40 to 1. This bet wins on a straight flush or royal flush.
    • Flush: Pays 11 to 1. This bet wins on a flush, straight flush or royal flush.
    • Straight: Pays 7 to 1. This bet wins on a straight, straight flush or royal flush.
    • Pair: Pays 5 to 1 for a pair of aces and 2 to 1 for a pair of sixes to kings.
  5. The roulette bets will be paid based on the first of three cards drawn by the dealer.
  6. All poker bets will be paid based on the card used for the roulette bets as well as the next two in the deck.
  7. For purposes of the poker bets only, both jokers are wild.
