Next I'm told it's still not good enough and they are still waiting... I gave up. This place is NASTY. Rang up their support also previously to try and sort it a bit quicker - the guy I got through to couldn#t understand me spell out my username, replacing the "j" for all sorts of letters. Bunch of monkeys...... STAY AWAY
