Then one day they stopped giving me the earned spins and cashback weekly as well as instant withdrawal the daily clean deposit. I don't know what happen they would never tell me but I just stopped playing.

I have had three game malfunctions here. To put that into perspective, I have never had a game malfunction at any other online casino. The 1st malfunction was a bonus won that didn't credit to my account. The casino had it resolved in 2 days and I received the winnings. The 2nd was a spin that removed $10 from my balance for a .40 wager. I waited a week for resolution and the casino did credit me because the game provider never responded. Now, I am waiting again for a 3rd malfunction for another win that didn't credit to my account. I took screenshots and it is very clear. However, everything goes to the "tech team," who are unreachable, offer no updates, or ETA for resolution. As great as this casino does some things, they completely fall down on game integrity and reliability. At the end of the day, if you win something, you shouldn't have to fight for it. This casino will be great if they get this issue in hand. Until then, carefully consider scaling down your deposits here.

They may or may not refund your deposit after asking for two types of KYC and making you wait for days, even if you did KYC before and they may even shut down your account altogether. When you try to email for more details, they never respond and customer service will say they "haven't heard back" regarding your situation. If they do show proof, it's after you've lodged a complaint and they will "show it" to LCB, but not you, even though you email repeatedly. Ghosting is common, the larger the amount, the more likely you will "violate TOS" or just be ignored and ghosted altogether. The common threads amongst many (including me) is concerning. This casino is a scam and should be blacklisted! They also do not have a license, so good luck! There are no protections in place for players who play here, so play at your own risk.
