I have never cashed out, but the live agents are quick and friendly, add the bonus you can claim. Also very good weekly promos plus the navigation is easy peasy, I like the range of slots from many providers ! Don't like the too high wagering on the welcome bonus.

If you dont want to risk your withdrawal taking 3-30days, just play at better places :)
