You can't get through any playthrough it seems and I deposited a few times trying thinking this was a different casino I read about. What a horrible mix up and experience. I got through 4500 playthrough and waiting on 160 now and didn't make a deposit got it on the freebies but this is a test to see if they come through and how long right now I'm not impressed

Not the same, feel like the customer service has gone way down and as if slotastic is unplayable.

They use any little loophole to not payout winnings beware even using ur store points. I had them close my account today cuz they denied my payout winnings.
