They sent me an email saying i have to make a verification deposit of $10 to be able to redeem the winnings.. so I made that qualifying deposit. 6 hours later I finally decided to contact support regarding my withdrawal I have yet to receive after completing the required deposit. I’ve been super patient with the agents.. They just keep giving me the run around. There saying my deposit is still pending. Mind you, not only on blockchain it shows completed but also through my bank. For some reason it’s still “pending” in there system. No explanation of anything, the agents take a very long time to reply to a simple message or they end up switching agents so I have to re explain myself over and over. It’s frustrating.. only because I did my part and now there not doing there’s.. I don’t EVER have ANY problems using digital currency, it is ALWAYS instant as well and there is no reason why my deposit should be “still pending” considering the fact it’s literally a completed transaction in my bank, as well as blockchain. However, when it was time to cashout, that reference was not acknowledged and instead redirected to the fact I had played a few hands of a card game (not live dealer). All in all, I received what I had earned, but don't believe promises or insinuations of being compensated for any "inconvenience" that may occur to the player through no fault of their own at this site.
