I have had three game malfunctions here. To put that into perspective, I have never had a game malfunction at any other online casino. The 1st malfunction was a bonus won that didn't credit to my account. The casino had it resolved in 2 days and I received the winnings. The 2nd was a spin that removed $10 from my balance for a .40 wager. I waited a week for resolution and the casino did credit me because the game provider never responded. Now, I am waiting again for a 3rd malfunction for another win that didn't credit to my account. I took screenshots and it is very clear. However, everything goes to the "tech team," who are unreachable, offer no updates, or ETA for resolution. As great as this casino does some things, they completely fall down on game integrity and reliability. At the end of the day, if you win something, you shouldn't have to fight for it. As a result, your withdrawal cannot be completed. That said, we will credit back the original deposit amount to your account balance.
