Casino Info

Software Providers

Manekichi Casino is powered by Microgaming, Net Entertainment, BetSoft, Big Time Gaming, Evolution Gaming, Genesis Gaming, lightningboxgames, Oryx, Play'n GO, Quickspin, Rabcat, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, Nolimit City, Fantasma Games, FUGA Gaming, Kalamba, All41 Studios, Games Global, Gamomat, Just For The Win, Slingshot Studios, Golden Hero and Half Pixel Studios and the software is provided using a web-based platform that loads up directly through your internet browser. The site also supports mobile play, letting you gamble on your smartphone or tablet.

Responsible Gambling, Customer Support & Security

Players will find a responsible gaming page on the Manekichi site, where players are given information on preventing gambling addiction and underage gambling. The casino does have controls such as cool-offs, self-exclusion, and deposit limits. The casino also has links to GamCare, Gamble Aware, and Gamblers Anonymous.

The casino’s support team can be reached using live chat and email. The chat is only available Monday through Friday, which is a bit strange, as it seems many gamblers would be using the service over the weekend. I used the chat and reached a rep within a few seconds. I found the staff able to answer my bonus questions, and I’d rate them about average compared to the competition.

The casino does encrypt information using SSL technology, which scrambles your data using an algorithm to make it unreadable by anyone but the casino. The technology is vital in keeping you safe, and we only recommend you play at sites that use it.

Terms and Conditions, Banking

The terms and conditions at Manekichi seem standard, with nothing predatory or unfair toward players contained within.

The banking system is good, with players able to move money using eWallets and credit cards. There is a $10,000 cashout limit if you use VenusPoint, with other methods also having their own limits.

Mobile slots are also on offer.

Comp Point Program

There’s a loyalty program in place, with the site offering a cute anime style kitten. The tiers are as follows: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Red, and Rainbow. Players in these tiers will get better wagering requirements on bonuses, free gifts, bonuses, and cash-back.
