I think it is basically based on how much they are winning off of you and not how much you are spinning with them if that makes sense. I was spinning one day on H5C and I was winning! I ended up cashing out a few hundred dollars that day and I was spinning reels over an hour to get there. Somehow my VIP level went down immediately after redeeming. The only reason I can give for that is because somehow they detracted from my VIP level because they were losing money!? That doesn't seem quite right. That really is my biggest complaint with H5C. It is full of cookies and you'll have to clear your cache quite a bit. For the most part, if you can get to at least $100 worth of winnings, It's a fairly seamless redemption process (as long as you have Skrill). Their game catalog is good. The trick with that is to search specifically for the game that you would like to play because they do not advertise or give a full listing of the slots available anywhere on the site. Not to big of a fan, anytime I try to log in they just sent me right back to the screen to log in again. Never have I been able to actually login and play which is quite frustrating after filling out the register account details. Cleared cache and still no fix.
