It was not to bad. I thought it was a little hard to navigate. It was diffinitly not for the first timer. Some people would actually probably enjoy that but for the beginner might be a little frustrating.

I try not to bad mouth to many casinos but from my very first experiance at this site I was not liking the customer service to much. I tried to chat with support right after I signed up. I was just inquiring about specific rules of some of the bonuses they were offering at the time.

He was probably right but thats not good customer service. He could of linked the rules and said here you go. Maybe he was having a bad day but 3 strikes your out.

Use to be my absolutely favorite and go to casino. But it's going down hill. Customer service is bad. The bonus for existing players have been cut in half and disappointing. Hopefully they will see how it's going and start stepping up to make things better.
