So got lucky and won 20,000.00. I go to take care of kyc and it says should take 2-10 min. SOMETIMES it can take 3-5 business days. Well surprise, surprise... mine is going to take 3-5 business.

Complete and utter B.S.! They said its because some problem with documents but they dont know what so it has to be manually reviewed. Absolute B.S. I never have a problem verifying. In fact, I just verified with thier payment processor minutes before and no problem. The ONLY reason its going to take this long is because I have 20k to withdraw! Takes all of the joy of winning right out. These ppl suck. Now I get to sit and wait and sit and wait. No reason they cant verify right now.

This is one of the first online casino ive ever played. But i left them because of how long they took to pay me each time i won. They have nice bonus selection. Another thing i disnt like was how long it took to get verified

I didn’t cash out this time.. But I still gave a fair rating of 4.5. The welcome chip was very generous and appreciated. But I just stayed in my browser for now. I did enjoy playing here. And I would consider making a deposit as they also have a good first time deposit welcome package. Of course I would have preferred to cashout, who wouldn’t? But that’s usually a deciding factor whenever I consider depositing, if I was able to successfully cashout out and considering the overall process of cashing out, if it was problematic and the thresholds for cashing out are also given some weight and consideration. So despite not reaching cashout, I might still consider depositing. Especially since they were so generous with not just the chip but also with the max cashout from the free chip. I feel like that deserves to at least be acknowledged and rewarded, regardless of skill issues or not cashing out. Just my worthless two cents.

This is not a bad casino to play in… though I never tried cashing out with these guys, so I lack that knowledge. However, they do have a good platform/ganes to play with… and welcome package… which is always nice
