Software Providers

Untold Casino is powered by and the casino’s games are provided through a web-based, instant play format that loads up directly through your internet browser. The site also fully supports mobile play, bringing compatibility with smartphones and tablets.

Responsible Gambling, Customer Support & Security

Responsible gaming is addressed a dedicated page on the Untold website, which provides information on fighting addictive behaviors. To their credit, Untold Casino has a series of limits in place for you to implement should you need them, and there is also self-exclusion and links to counseling groups.

Customer support is available from 9am to 11pm GMT using email and live chat. The team picked up quickly when I requested help, and the staffer I spoke with did a good job of getting me the answers I requested regarding bonus terms.

The casino does protect player information using 128-bit SSL encryption technology, which scrambles your personal data between the casino’s servers and your computer. Nowadays we only recommend you play at casinos that use this technology.

Terms and Conditions, Banking

Looking through the terms and conditions, we couldn’t find anything that stands out as being unfair or predatory toward players.

The banking system at Untold Casino is pretty decent, as the site accepts deposits and withdrawals using Visa, Safety Pay, Skrill, Paysafecard, and ecoPayz. The payout time is more or less average, but it should be noted that there’s a €25,000 monthly withdrawal limit on winnings. This does not apply to progressive jackpot winnings.

Slots

The slot selection is small at Untold Casino, as players are currently only able to access a small selection of games from Pragmatic Play. Mobile slot play is also supported, allowing you to spin the reels from your smaller screens.

Comp Point Program

The casino does have a multi-tiered loyalty program, which rewards you based on your play. The different tiers in the program include: Wanderer, Explorer, Knight, Champion, and Legend. Players end up getting free spins, faster withdrawals, cash back, and more as you move up the ranks.
