238Show CommentsIntroduction
Prima Play is an American-friendly online casino, offering a nice selection of games to punters. While many US-friendly sites are dated, Prima Play brings a sharp platform, decent terms, good support, and mobile play. These all combine to make Prima Play Casino a good site for Americans looking for a new spot to play at.

Bonuses
Below is a list of promotions currently being offered at Prima Play Casino.
Software Providers
Prima Play Casino is powered by Real Time Gaming and Spinlogic Gaming and the site uses a web-based platform that loads up through your internet browser. While the site looks good, I did notice that navigation was a bit slow when scrolling. Mobile play is also supported, letting you play on your phone or tablet.
Other Games
Primaplay Casino is also home to 25 other games listed below:
Responsible Gambling, Customer Support & Security
There isn’t a responsible gaming page on the Prima Play website, which is a disappointment. We feel that all gaming companies have a duty to provide information on preventing addiction and underage betting. This is something that Prima Play’s management should work to implement as soon as possible.
The customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using live chat and email. Using the chat function I got assistance within 30 seconds. The team seemed able to answer my basic questions, although a more complex issue likely would require the use of a manager, which takes longer.
The casino does encrypt player data, which is something that every reputable site does these days. Still, you want to make sure your casino encrypts data, as it’s a way to prevent identity theft. Only play at sites that encrypt information.
Terms and Conditions, Banking
For the most part, the terms and conditions at Prima Play are fairly standard. Still, I don’t like the term that states that dormant accounts may see balances zeroed out.
The banking is decent for a site that accepts American players. The site accepts transactions using eWallets, Bitcoin, credit cards, and bank transfer. There is a minimum withdrawal of $50 for eWallets, and $150 for checks, which is too high. The casino can also put in a charge for certain withdrawal types, which I don’t typically like to see. There is a limit of $15,000 per week for withdrawals, with larger wins paid out in chunks.

Slots are one of the areas where Prima Play Casino shines, as the group offers both classic and modern video slots to their customers. Admittedly, some of RTG’s older games are showing their age, but the newer games are sharp and include 3D visuals in many instances. The slots have a lot of progressive jackpots tied to them, and there are also mobile slots available for play, which is awesome to see.
Comp Point Program
Prima Play Casino uses the standard RTG loyalty scheme, wherein players earn comp points based on their gameplay. Every time you bet $10 at the casino, you’re awarded 1 comp point. When you attain 100 points, you can redeem those points for $1 cash back at the site.
Licence Information
Prima Play Casino is licensed to conduct gaming operations through the jurisdiction of Curacao.
Countries not supported
Primaplay Casino does not accept players from the following countries: Belgium, Costa Rica, Curacao, France, Germany, Netherlands Antilles, Ontario, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
Player Issues
There aren’t any current player complaints related to how Prima Play Casino conducts their gaming operations.

AwesomeI truly love Primaplay!! This was one of the first online rtg casinos i visited, deposited to an ultimately won over 3500.00 over the past 3 plus years. I love the incredibly large selection of bonuses for existing players.

I love the incredibly large selection of bonuses for existing players. I also love the amount and frequency of competitive tournaments and contests! I most definitively love this casino and would recommend it to newcomers and frequent gamblers that want to win big. Prima keep up the good work

They refuse for activate the bonus code saying that I am not eligible for it. It’s very rude when some casino online saying it.
Gave me a couple decent no deposit bonuses to begin with and the tournaments weren't too bad either

AwesomeFinally I got to play for some hours. From yesterday's 400 spins on another casino. Compared to the 100 spins from PrimaPlay. Much more better. Was actually pretty lucky in that oceans game. I really enjoyed it. Thanks LCB & PRIMAPLAY for the bonus spins.

I don’t like that max bet on bonuses are $5 instead of 10. Also they deduct the bonus amount from the max cash out of $100.

I’ve been trying out Prima Play Casino recently and so far it’s been a pretty solid experience. The games load quickly and there’s a good mix of slots and other options to try. I also like that the site is easy to navigate and doesn’t feel cluttered. Still testing things out, but it’s been enjoyable so far.

I have to say that although I don’t have a lot of experience with these guys, they do offer a great welcome package as well as good bonuses and selection of games…
I didn’t get lucky at all. But was entertained. Nonetheless. I appreciated the bonus welcome chip. And because it was a more generous chip, was able to get at least a good feel of the games offered. Which makes me feel better about depositing. So far I recommend. But I am still getting acquainted myself.

Liked ItPrimaPlay has all of the standard, typical slot games. The platform runs smoothly and I’ve yet to encounter any issues with loading games or anything during play. They offer tournaments provided by them and from other casino forums.

They offer tournaments provided by them and from other casino forums. Definitely worth checking out especially the free roll tournaments! Also, having the option to get on social media and follow their pages will provide more opportunities for bonus codes which will be for free spins or credits. PrimaPlay has been a favorite of mine for quite some while!
