Oddly they were asking for info that is not available from the provider I used to send crypto. Requesting my crypto address and full name on the same screen shot is not possible. I contacted their support to confirm this. Then when I submitted a video showing me access the info they requested on multiple screens, they completely stopped responding to any of my emails. They don't have live chat but for a few hours each day (apparently before 2pm when I try to reach them), but when I've asked them they were no help any way. So, it looks like they've successfully stolen $ 2300 from me and I'm left with no choice but to trash them every where I can find online to warn others.
