But that hope dissolved really quick.When I finally found where to enter the LCB promo code, it opened a page that detailed the bonus in formation for the code I entered. I pressed the claim button. And it did nothing. I retried and reached out to their chat support and after explaining that the code didn’t seem to be working. What was strange is that it initially appeared to work. It took me back to the home page where there was a banner on the promotion that stated what the code was and the code with a button that said claim. I press the button for claim and it reloads the page and takes you back in a loop to input the code again but no banner. So input the code and it does nothing. Chat support ignored everything I explained and replied with: congratulations you got 60 free spins! So I replied thanks. But I thought the code was for a free chip $50. And it replied that what they gave was all that my account was eligible for and stopped replying. So I said I’m not sure why you stopped replying. And they replied they are busy with a flux of inquiries. And continued to ignore my question asking why my brand new account wasn’t eligible, because they were being attentive to other customers while ignoring me. Basically it felt like they might as well said shut up and take the free spins lady. We already helped you.
