As far as gameplay, the games were limited but sufficient enough to stick around and play (which I'm assuming has to do more with regional licensing legalities). I didn't win but the money circulated enough that it didn't feel rigged. Customer service is actually one of the more informative and responsive than a lot of others sites I've played at. The support team was pleasant and helpful to newcomers, i can only imagine how they are with their VIP players.
