So this is what I don't understand about Branfo. I deposit and withdrawal always using the same method, litecoin because its supposed to be the fastest most hassle free but everytime i withdrawal it literally takes close to an hour. UT this the only sister site that dies. Is it just me?
This casino has NO way to contact them other than an email address that they don't respond to. They claim 24/7 customer service, yet they don't have a live chat (with real representatives) or a phone line. There is no way to access your play history either.

This use to be my favorite casino before Covid. Now it’s almost impossible to reach live chat, the bonuses are so lame and it’s just overall been a hassle to play here. One time I deposited .009 in bitcoin and they kept it saying that it had to be .01! So $10 bucks just disappeared with no way to get it back
