Really bad casino. If you win more than a few times, they absolutely keep you from winning again. After several months and several thousands of dollars, I asked if they were adjusting the percentages the way some other casinos do. They immediately blocked me and banned me.

But they sent an email saying if I wanted my account back, to let them know. I did this, several times. I then created a new account because I wasn't getting a response. I contacted them through live chat, and they said they'd email me immediately, only to then ban that account too, lol.

This casino has NO way to contact them other than an email address that they don't respond to. They claim 24/7 customer service, yet they don't have a live chat (with real representatives) or a phone line. There is no way to access your play history either.

Thereafter, I was accused of playing ineligible games associated with my bonus with no particulars called out. Repeated requests for information to substantiate their claim have been ignored. My last time playing at Brango was when I received a link in my email containing no deposit free spins to which after many ups and downs and meeting the ridiculous playthrough which is next to impossible on most of these casinos (40×/60× even) I was up the $200 went to the redemption page only to have trouble redeeming the winnings. When talking to customer service I was informed I was not able to redeem the winnings as I had already previously claimed the no deposit free spins. I was disappointed as well as annoyed as I received the email from Brango and didn't do anything sneaky or deceptive to receive the free spins. Wondering #1 why I was sent the email to begin with and #2 why I was even able to claim the free spins if I had already claimed them previously and any other time I try to claim the same no deposit bonus chip or free spins im unable to as it states bonus failed already claimed or something along those lines. It just didn't make sense to me. These are just my opinions as my time on Brango was short and only played a handful of times and im pretty sure they were all no deposit bonuses maybe I bought in once or twice for $20 or $40.

Crytpo cashouts are fast and a breeze once KYC verified which I found simple and quite fast with brango and extreme; yabby asked for further evidence which was frustrating but brango was a piece of cake. Minimum withdrawal limits are quite low when you are low in the VIP programme but moving up happens quite fast if you deposit and withdraw regularly.

However, after almost 2 years of regular play and depositing (higher overall deposits than withdrawal ratio), they took away my ability to use deposit, and no deposit bonuses, after I made a "bigger" than usual withdrawal which was less than $500 I believe (its been almost a year since this has happened so I forget the exact details). When I asked why I can't redeem any kind of bonus with them, they replied saying that after I've made more deposits I'll become eligible again. Since then I've made several deposits then asked about it again and was given the same reply. So I've mostly stopped playing there since they couldn't even tell me how much more I needed to deposit or any other information about it. It's a real shame, since I really liked playing there. Though I occasionally make a $10 deposit, hoping something will eventually change.

The response was deposit more than the required amount so that it doesn’t happen in the future and they don’t honor the bonus. They do provide spins with no deposit on a regular basis though. The other drawback is they require you to deposit to a new address every time you deposit even if it is on the same day.
