Great casino -I have won here quite often and I never had any problems withdrawing !
This casino has NO way to contact them other than an email address that they don't respond to. They claim 24/7 customer service, yet they don't have a live chat (with real representatives) or a phone line. There is no way to access your play history either.

Thereafter, I was accused of playing ineligible games associated with my bonus with no particulars called out. Repeated requests for information to substantiate their claim have been ignored. OKThe owners/ management need to stop being cheap and hire some help for chat support. Every Sunday the wait to redeem "Sunday spins" is ridiculously long. It's not uncommon to wait 20 minutes for help to redeem.

OKI did like this casino. It's your normal rival based provider game play but a bit better. Bonus was easy to claim, good bonus too. Didn't beat the wager but was fun. Easy to navigate the site too
