However, the bonuses and promotions feel sketchy. The no deposit bonus is often missing or doesn’t work like it should. That’s a huge turnoff because free promos are the best way to test a casino without risking your money. When I reached out to customer support to ask about it, the responses were slow and often unclear. It seems like they don’t want to deal with honest questions. Cashing out can be a headache too. The withdrawal process takes longer than it should, and the wagering requirements are confusing, making it hard to know if you will actually get your winnings. Overall, Brango feels like a casino that focuses more on style than substance. If you want a smooth, trustworthy experience, this probably isn’t it. Brango contested my chip saying last action has to be a deposit. Even though I have followed all of the agreed upon terms and conditions with their LCB promotions/purchase gifts.
