This casino has NO way to contact them other than an email address that they don't respond to. They claim 24/7 customer service, yet they don't have a live chat (with real representatives) or a phone line. There is no way to access your play history either.

Thereafter, I was accused of playing ineligible games associated with my bonus with no particulars called out. Repeated requests for information to substantiate their claim have been ignored. Brango used to be my favorite and it was 100 stars awesome. But the past almost year seems like it's starting to go down hill. This casino isn't taking care of existing members like it always has. The online customer service people are not helpful in anyway and are very rude.
