Thereafter, I was accused of playing ineligible games associated with my bonus with no particulars called out. Repeated requests for information to substantiate their claim have been ignored. This use to be my favorite casino before Covid. Now it’s almost impossible to reach live chat, the bonuses are so lame and it’s just overall been a hassle to play here. One time I deposited .009 in bitcoin and they kept it saying that it had to be .01! So $10 bucks just disappeared with no way to get it back
