This casino has NO way to contact them other than an email address that they don't respond to. They claim 24/7 customer service, yet they don't have a live chat (with real representatives) or a phone line. There is no way to access your play history either.

I requested a withdrawal and had to first go through a verification process that took weeks. Thereafter, I was accused of playing ineligible games associated with my bonus with no particulars called out. Repeated requests for information to substantiate their claim have been ignored.
