The topic of responsible gaming is missing from the footer section of the Fair Go website, which is a major faux pas in our eyes. We feel every casino has the responsibility to provide responsible gaming information to their players, and by failing to do so Deckmedia is doing punters a disservice. I also couldn’t find any self-exclusion or deposit limit policies. I hope this gets addressed in the future by this casino, as it could simply be that the casino is so new that they forgot it.

I’ve spoken with the staff directly through live chat (using a VPN to make it look like I was in Sydney), and found the group to be helpful. They were able to give me some generic terms and information on bonus rules, which answered my general questions.
