Customer support at Sun Palace Casino is provided through live chat and email 24 hours a day. The staff was able to respond to me in roughly 45 seconds, and the problem I feigned was “resolved” within three minutes total.
Terms and Conditions, Banking.
Looking through the terms and conditions at Sun Palace Casino, there does not appear to be anything out of the ordinary or unfair in regard to how they conduct their business.
The banking system at Sun Palace Casino is a bit limited but decent, although recently there have been reports of payment delays.
Depositing and Withdrawing when in the US
Would this be anything like the House of the Rising Sun? Regardless of why they named it that, this casino scores a respectable 4.1 out of 5 among LCB Users. It’s licensed in Costa Rica, which is essentially like having no license at all, but apparently they have done the players fair over the years anyway.
The minimum deposit is $5 via Neteller or Gift Cards, and the minimum withdrawal with Neteller is $10. Credit and Debit card users are in for a different experience with a minimum deposit of $20 and a minimum withdrawal of $100. Again, that is just on the threshold that will not cause this casino to auto-fail, but we do take notice that the minimum withdrawal is 5x the deposit.
They are pretty straight up in saying that withdrawals may take up to a total of two weeks without any gimmicky language separating the process out. I’ll give them credit for that. What I won’t give them credit for is that this is another casino that thinks being paid in a timely manner should be a privilege rather than a right, so lower-tier players are subject to maximum withdrawal requests of $2,000 while higher-tier players may request $5,000.
