Hit up support and was told I had to leave the 49 in the account while waiting for my withdrawal so finance team can take the 49 bucks still not understanding why and if it's bonus money that's supposed to be wagered then...what?! Why didn't they take it when I completed the promo which I swear they did. He said the finance team can't retrieve money from my account but somehow it can when Im withdrawing?!?
