During a recent play with a cashback bonus, I was never informed that I had reached the bonus requirements. This has typically occurred via a notification popup on screen that requires user confirmation to bypass. Due to a technical error on Yabby's end, there was a glitch with the notification never having it appear on screen because the glitch specifically impacted the confirmation step. Initially, Yabby concluded the investigation and stated no problems were found. That happened pretty quickly. After I pushed regarding this notification they finally admitted that their software provider told them there was.a glitch with this. This glitch resulted in thousands of dollars in loses that I would have otherwise withdrawn. This technical issue on Yabby's side created an unfair playing experience tilting the scales in their direction even more. Not only has Yabby continued to state they are not responsible to compensate for these loses, but now they are refusing to admit that a technical error occurred even though I have email correspondence from them stating this. It is all very suspicious that after a long stretch of loses this occurred during a particularly large bonus potential. If I had been informed appropriately when bonus requirements were met, I would ahve withdrawn a total close to my original deposit.
