BetOnline does not have a responsible gaming page dedicated to the topic. This is a disappointment, as we feel that all betting sites have a social responsibility to provide information on identifying and fighting both problem and underage gambling. We hope that the site gets on the ball and adopts a responsible gaming page in the near future.
Customer service is available through both email and telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unfortunately, there is no live chat option available, so I found myself waiting longer than expected to get a response. Still, the team was friendly enough and able to answer the questions I threw their way in both the general email and casino group.

Player Issues
In the past there have been player issues stemming from the above-mentioned bad bonus terms. More recently, the site’s live dealer software was found to have had the dealer make an error in dealing, which was caught on video and cost the player money. To their credit, BetOnline dropped the live dealer provider and picked up another one, while also paying the player back the money he lost on the hand.

Bunch of fake reviews . I went around wildcasino superslots and now Betonline, same customer service working for all the sister sites. Customer service never once helped me fix any issues and complaints I had. Players over here depositing hundreds and thousands. And i got turned down every single time.
