I think that is why it took me asking them directly if there is an explanation on their side which states why I get an error code that states "Could Not Claim Bonus At This Time: 1. The bonus code is invalid." Before Ella told me exactly why this message was given. Stanley and Emma kept repeating where I would find the active promotions for the casino. SO, the support staff has been well trained in trying to pressure a possible client into making a deposit and getting a bonus with the deposit. And that right there is in my opinion an unbelievably BAD business practice! When someone tries high pressure selling tactic on me, I immediately disengage.
