Nothing about this site is special. Everything is just running the mail copycat our TG with no original style or flavor added. Many years ago when I join customer support was email only which is a nightmare as we all know.

Takes a month minimum to payout. In my most recent payout, they retroactively decided to count splits and double downs as exceeding the $20 bet limit so that they could steal almost $2000 from my winnings.

Way too long of a payout in this day and age. If you're not processing so in a couple of days at the most you're just trying to scam people. Casinos are going to make your money I don't understand why they're so greedy and have to play tricks on people

Deposited $175 with a 500% bonus, had the balance well over $9000 when I cashed out. My max cash was $3500, got notified today that $2000 was paid out to my Bitcoin wallet. The withdrawal took about 3 weeks, but I did get paid, and I will say that versus other sites, this one, the games seem to payout more.

First thing I notice is the minimum deposit of $20 and a minimum withdrawal of $150. This tells me that they aren't expecting most to cashout unless your depositing $200 or more and have enough funds left after you lose some.
