CryptoReels Review
CryptoReels welcomes players from Virginia
As of November 2016 the Club World Group and its casinos have been under new management, CryptoReels launched October 2019 (More Info). The business relationship went sour among the management of the family-owned Club World group. The partner responsible for the group's former good name was overruled and eventually walked away leaving the brands in the hands of the remaining family members/owners. They’ve since taken the business in a new direction, one of dishonour and a blacklisted status. The new regime reportedly sought the advice of the crooks associated with rogue operation AffPower, a decision that is extremely concerning. As shocking as this must be for the group’s loyal players, please heed our warning and steer clear!
We recommend these 3 trusted online casinos instead:
Introduction
CyptoReels Casino is an online betting site that’s managed and operated by Club World Group. The site specializes in providing cryptocurrency support to American players, but unfortunately the operator cannot be trusted, as they’ve screwed players and affiliates alike over the years. The end result is a casino that should be avoided in order to protect your money from being held.

Responsible Gambling, Customer Support & Security
There’s a responsible gaming page that provides information on fighting gambling addiction. There isn’t much in the way of usable info, but they do offer to ban you from the site if you want. This is a funny way to put it, especially as there’s exclusion mentioned above that.
The customer support team can be reached using email, telephone, and live chat. The team is available 27 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is reachable within a few minutes. The team is more or less what you’d expect, and its not their fault that the operator is a group of scumbags.
Security is addressed using 128-bit SSL encryption, which is what 95% of gaming sites use to protect user data. This is important, as players need to have their information secured as it travels across the internet. You should only play at casinos that bother to encrypt your data.
Terms and Conditions, Banking
The terms and conditions are fairly standard at CryptoReels, with nothing standing out as being predatory or unfair.
In theory the banking at CryptoReels should be fantastic, as they allow players to move funds using cryptocurrencies. The issue here is that you cannot trust the casino to pay you your winnings, given the poor management that’s in place. Because of that, you should be very cautious and avoid playing here, as there are better options.
Banking options at CryptoReels
Slots
There’s a decent number of video slots on offer at CryptoReels, with the group offering classic and video slots from RTG. The quality of the games is decent, although the older games are definitely showing their age. The games have multiple progressive jackpots attached to them, and the majority of the slots can be played on mobile devices.
Comp Point Program
There doesn’t appear to be a loyalty or comp program in place at CryptoReels Casino.
Licence Information
CryptoReels is licensed to conduct gaming operators through the jurisdiction of Curacao.
Countries not supported
CryptoReels does not accept players from the following countries: Alderney, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Costa Rica, Curacao, France, Gibraltar, Hungary, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Jersey, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Ontario, Philippines, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saint Martin, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and United Kingdom.
Player Issues
CryptoReels is part of the Club World Group, which was taken over from by the same group of scammers that is running the operator’s other brands into the ground. As a result, we urge you to steer clear of this casino.
Wizard Endorsement Status
CryptoReels has not earned endorsement from the Wizard of Odds.

Despite reading the negative reviews from here, this is one of the ONLY RTG casinos that's ever paid me out from winnings off a free chip. RTG are not my favorite casinos so rarely dseposit and this is one of the few that I will.

Lots of bonuses to have but the withdrawal of your winnings won't happen just play elsewhere unless it's just for fun. The support will dodge and give excuses till doomsday and nothing will be gained from

I really enjoyed this online casino, not only because I won but because they didn't make it impossible to cash out. I will say the website was a bit laggy but the games were fun and the management was fair. They paid out my $400 in a timely manor as well.. But I'll go back to crypto now always.

I deposited money at this casino and then they didn’t give me the bonus that was supposed to come with it for some reason or another and so then I just wanted to withdraw it but I had to wager it which is understandable I’ll wait is it in cash it out and it came back to me no problem there but they did not give me...

I don't know why all the down talk on this casino. It's actually the only casino I ever won money on more than once and received it with no problems. Cashed out $300 ,$350, $100 and received payment within two days .

Friendly support. Don't like the lack of q free bonus to start with, but depositing was simple and had a great time with my meager deposit though never got enough up to withdraw. I like the concept of an all crypto rtg site but it can be confusing. Would try again

Wish I had looked at LCB rating before I deposited here. BIG letdown. Of all my spins on multiple games I never won and my deposit was gone within 10 min. Disappointed

Pretty good for a not really special seeming casino. Fast withdrawl, friendly support (even though the live chat wasn't working on my mobile), easy account set up All you can ask 4

It has alot of the common games I am used to and the no deposit bonus was fair. I did not win but the set up was comfortable enough that I would most likely deposit when i have the cash and try again. I am eager to see how the withdrawal process would play out.

If you do not know crypto very well it can be a little confusing especially since the values seem to change per game. Maybe a small tutorial to point out the how the crypto effects game play would be helpful.
