I claimed the free chip and won $2,500 from it. Well the max cashout is 10 times that $75 free chip which is $750. I didn't have not 1 problem receiving that $750 either. As a matter of fact.... it was approved within one day and sent to me the morning after. Also the customer service is very fast, and friendly. And if you lose all your money, you can message "cash back" and you get like 50% of your deposit back. So you guys think whatever ya want, but club world gets a 5 star rating from me.

Interesting these casinos should be blacklisted. Having read the history of thier best practices and the downhill trend after the family split, I can see how others would be disappointed. My experience though, while somewhat in line with what's been stated, differs considerably.

First, the kyc was painless, upon submitting my documents, I received a phone call, chatted for a bit, and was verified. Payouts are processed general within 48 hrs on business days. Slots are a bit tight in general, but not the worst. The downward points of my experience is a few bucks is always mysteriously removed from every deposit and anywhere between $15-25 is mysteriously removed from every payout - even 'fee free' payouts. Even though I've been verified, I need to touch base with cs for every other payout to have them confirm the verification. All in all, the notes aren't discouraging enough to keep me from coming back. My casino name on both highnoon and club world is Atomnic11.

I even asked him like the jacket new management or something because you could just tell something was seriously off and you knew that you weren’t going to win they were just gonna take every time he’s been there, so I just completely stopped even logging into my account.

Once a great casino, now one of the worst. Although is a joke. As is getting paid out. I used to love this group. Now it's not even a fraction. Of its former glory. Avoid at all cost. Very sad.

Stay away from this one for so many reasons… Payouts won’t happen, they flood you with feeebies and when you try to cash out they nope!! You I accepted our offer and that’s your fault! Stay clear of this casino I had problems getting verified I had a deposit go missing with no help and I had several chats disconnected when trying to discuss where am I missing $50 deposit was and why it wasn’t being credit to my account I think I learned a very cheap lesson early because I’ve heard horror stories of other players getting taken for a lot larger amounts

I have not played here in a while but it was one of the first casinos I played at. I won and eventually was able to verify and receive payout. It all took a ridiculous amount of time. I personally am not real bothered by this as I don't have to have it quick as long as I get it.
