The product is HTML5 slot content delivered on Konami's own remote gaming server. What Konami Publishes, and What It Does Not
No official Konami RTP table or game math sheet was located for any title in this review. Not on its site, not in its press material, not in any certification document I could find, and a third-party source states plainly that the developer does not publish them and that operators set returns within permitted ranges.
That leaves a specific and limited kind of analysis available. The percentages below come from secondary operator-chain reports and third-party listings. This review contains no direct captures of a live help screen, so the figures themselves cannot be independently confirmed. What can be done exactly, and is done below, is to price them: to work out what each reported return costs a player, how far two builds of the same game diverge over a session, and which of the documented gaps are worth caring about. Every number in the rest of this section is exact arithmetic on an unverified input. That is a real limitation, and it is also more than nothing, because the gaps turn out to be large enough to change how you should play.

Nine titles carry a located return, and they span 96.00% to 96.10%. That is a range of one tenth of a percentage point from top to bottom, and over a thousand spins at one unit a spin the whole of it is worth one unit of expected loss. Four titles sit at the top of the range and Dragon's Law sits at the bottom. Choosing between them on the strength of these figures is not worth the effort it takes.
What Those Returns Actually Cost
A 96.10% return means an expected loss of 3.90 units for every 100 staked. That is the whole of it, and it is worth seeing over a realistic session rather than per 100 units, because slots are played fast and the numbers compound quicker than the percentage suggests.
The interesting case is China Shores, because it is the one title reported at two different returns. The flagship appears in an operator-chain report at 96.10%, and a 94.09% build appears in third-party listings. I could not confirm the lower build at any named operator, so treat it as an unconfirmed listing. But if both exist, here is what the difference is worth.

The gap grows exactly linearly, at 0.0201 units for every unit staked. Put the other way round: after about 49.8 one-unit spins, the lower-return configuration has added one full unit to expected loss. Over a thousand spins at one unit a spin, the low build costs 59.10 against 39.00, which is 1.52 times the price for the same branded title. Nothing here establishes that the two builds share reel strips, paytable or feature probabilities; a configuration change can alter any of them.
That is the single most useful number in this review, and it is why the section below matters more than any ranking above.
The Info Screen Is the Whole Game
With returns unpublished by the maker and reportedly configurable by the operator, the one action available to a player is to open the game's information screen and look for a return. Nothing in this review establishes that every Konami deployment displays one; where your operator does show it, that displayed figure is the one that applies to the build you are playing. The three are not close. Moving between the best and worst reported titles is worth one unit per thousand spins. Being served the lower of the two builds reported for China Shores is worth twenty times that, at 20.10. And the uncorroborated 90% claim, if it were ever true of a live build, would cost sixty-one times the title range: 61.00 against 1.00 per thousand spins.
That ordering is the practical conclusion: the game you pick matters far less than the build you are served.
The 90% Claim
One widely-copied claim puts the catalog's floor at 90%. No per-title figure located for any Konami title supports it, and the lowest figure that appears in any listing is the 94.09% China Shores build. I have priced it above only to show the stakes if it were ever real, and I mention it here to say it is uncorroborated and should not be relied on in either direction.
Titles Online With No Located Return
Three titles are established as online content by Konami's own releases but no return figure could be located for them. They are listed here rather than omitted, because a reader looking for them should know the return is unavailable rather than assume it matches the cluster above.

For all three, I would rather print nothing than borrow a land-based figure or a number from a different edition. A return quoted for the wrong build is worse than no return at all, which is the entire argument of this review.
Balance of Fortune
Balance of Fortune, on China Shores and Lotus Land, lets you trade an earned free-spins award for a fixed credit amount shown on screen, a real choice between certainty and variance. What that trade costs in expectation is unpublished, so I will not guess at it. Understand only that the buyout price is set by the game rather than negotiated, and that nothing here establishes whether it is a fair price.
Class II Versions
The Class II versions of these same titles now rolling out to tribal-market cabinets are bingo-driven underneath. Same artwork, different mathematics. Progressives
Quick Strike and linked-tier jackpots appear across the catalog, and operators report that the tier structures vary by deployment.

During ordinary spins the wild appears only on reels two through five. Because line wins pay from left to right starting on reel one, every base-game line win must begin with a natural symbol. Inside the Dragon's Law feature the wild can also land on reel one, where it can substitute at the starting position of a winning line. That is the single most useful thing to know about this game.

African Diamond is a Konami floor title carried into the online catalogue, named in the studio's June 2026 Mexico launch through SkillOnNet's PlayUZU. That release is the evidence the online build exists.
